Manufacturing and Process Operations

Although we are familiar with multiple manufacturing processes, before attempting to know your operation, we first perform an analysis in key identified areas we call the Global Loss Control Loss Analysis MatrixÓ. By developing and analyzing this information in the pre-audit stage, we gain insight into historical trends where focused loss management controls are necessary.

In our Program Management Audit Stage, we prepare for and execute the audit, scheduled with your assistance. We meet with various departmental employees and management to: review and verify program standards, program implementation progress, physical, and environmental conditions assessments.

In a majority of the operations audits, we also perform the GLCA, Inc. Work Place PULSEÓ which is a separate attitude evaluation of the population operating within the audited company or organization relative to standards, rules, policies, procedures, and operating conditions.

Our Post Audit Development Stage is an area where we assemble the gathered information from the various audited areas, analyze the data and information collected and develop a report written in a format that management and/or designated work place employees can review for planning and program implementation.

Some of the companies in which we have performed loss control audits training and program implementation for, under contract,  include SouthWire Corp., SunOil Corp., Maxwell House, Iron Ore Co. of Canada, Barrick Gold Strike, the Royal Mail  (UK), Unocal (on and offshore), Poling Ship, Tug and Barge, SaskPower and the Egyptian General Petroleum Corp.
