"WE CONTROL LOSS THROUGH LOSS CONTROL ENGINEERING & MANAGEMENT"

Since 1989 we have performed various types of safety management oversight, training, and program Implementation assistance for our accounts. Our long term contract and association with the former International Loss Control Institute and Frank E. Bird, Jr. has provided Global Loss Control vast knowledge and experience while performing comprehensive organizational systems auditing in areas such as Safety, Health, Security, and Environmental Program Management within the following Industry Groups: Construction Projects, PetroChemical, Maritime, Surface Mining, General Manufacturing, Food Processing, Air Lines, Semi Conductor and Transportation. The audit and program guidelines/standards was used in various industries throughout the US/Americas, internationally and was an organizational management system closely resembling the newly developed and approved ANSI Z10. That comprehensive organizational management system was very dynamic and progressive in that it had 21 elements assisting  management and employees in formulating policies, procedures, practices in reducing or eliminating risk and the potential for loss in areas such as: Human resources, engineering, operations, fleet, products liability, workers' comp, purchasing, disaster and emergency preparedness, maintenance, off the job safety, etc.

WHY YOUR BUSINESS MUST "CONTROL LOSS"! Losses occur because of a broad spectrum of causes and root causes. When a loss does occur people, property, profits and the overall business suffers direct and indirect loss, causing a domino effect of poor efficiency, quality, reliability and problems with morale leaving fertile ground for future incidents and accidents. We assist with the reduction of losses and the potential for loss so that companies reach and /or exceed their profit plans and expectations. With each loss, an organization or business must increase sales to make up for the loss, so that it does not severely impact planned profit margins. In construction projects most project margins are tight and each accidental loss, regarding people, property, equipment, materials, environment, or regulatory compliance issues, impacts the company or project bottom line profitability expectation.

It is time for your Company Management and Employees to decide how to capitalize on the experience, knowledge and education of Global Loss Control in assisting you in identifying risks, controlling losses, reducing the potential for loss, and adding value and profitability to your business.  Like anything in business and life, knowledge is power and this knowledge helps to maintain your business at the leading edge.  Additionally, knowledge allows you to assert your share of the market. We have the professional loss control management tools necessary to control the variety of accidental losses that most companies encounter in business.

" Each and every loss a business sustains decreases profitability and its profit margins. The various Loss Control Services Audit Systems we offer are in areas that can  assist your business in reducing loss, maintaining or exceeding compliance with OSHA,  ANSI Z10 and assist in decreasing your (EMR) Experience Modification Rate."
