INTERESTING FIND ON PROGRAM AUDITING - DURING A FORMAL ISRS AUDIT, ENGLAND

In the 1990's while contracted and performing Int'l Safety Rating Systems (ISRS) auditing of  Royal Mail  facilities in England for Mr. Frank E. Bird, Jr. and the International Loss Control Institute... I was privileged to receive a copy of the

Royal Accident Investigation into the King's Cross Terminal Underground Railroad Fire.

The relevance of this investigation was and more importantly the recommendation made by the

Royal Accident Review Board Members regarding Organizational Safety & Health Program Auditing,

as identified in the following recommendations noted as No. 5 and 6 outlined below..                                     .
